You did It!  On May 14, FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) asked Constitution Pipeline for more information and said it cannot adhere to the schedule calling for the release of the final EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) in June.
Yes—yet another delay for this unnecessary, unwanted pipeline. Per FERC, “additional questions are a result of comments received by the public and other agencies during the draft EIS comment period.” Huge thanks to all who commented. YOU made this happen.

ACTION: Save the letters you wrote, and be prepared to write more. It’s our opinion that FERC must re-open the public comment period once Constitution submits all of the information and documents that have been requested.
