If We Are United, They Will Fail

If we stand together, they will not build it. Landowners should not cooperate. No surveys and no easements mean no pipeline. Moving the pipeline to I-88 is not acceptable, as it would still enable fracking in the area.

A blatant disregard for my community's health!

"They have not done any environmental impact studies and are already constructing the first compressor/meter station site that will be the beginning of the Constitution Pipeline. If they are not transparent and do not display regard for human life and health, then do not grant them the certificate they seek."
